ISEC & EXP Buildings Boston, WA, USA

The Interdisciplinary Science & Engineering Complex (ISEC) building at Northeastern University was completed in 2017, while the EXP Building, a $300 million project was completed in 2023. The ISEC Building is a 234,000 SF Laboratory & Research building, which earned LEED Gold in 2018. It consists of classrooms and laboratories designed for collaboration and research. The EXP Building is a 350,000 SF Research Facility and is located next to the existing ISEC building on the Northeastern campus.
